Executive Leadership

Frank Edwards, Psy.D, LPC, CSP
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Frank Edwards is the Chief Executive Officer of Enspire Consulting Group, LLC. He holds Pennsylvania and New Jersey certifications as a School Psychologist and maintains licensure as a Professional Counselor in both states. He also holds certification as a Principal and Supervisor of Special Education in New Jersey.
Dr. Edwards earned his master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling in 2005 and later obtained an Educational Specialist Certification from Immaculata University in 2009. In 2013, he earned his doctoral degree in School Psychology with an emphasis in School Neuropsychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Throughout his career, Dr. Edwards has served in a variety of roles across educational and mental health systems, including School Psychologist, Clinical Supervisor, Behavioral Consultant, Drug and Alcohol Counselor, and School-Based Clinician. He is particularly proud of his work developing mentoring and academic support initiatives for underserved students and remains committed to strengthening school systems through data-driven decision-making and effective consultation practices.

Stacey Edwards, BCBA, LBS
Chief Operating Officer
Stacey Edwards is the Chief Operating Officer of Enspire Consulting Group, LLC and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She is also licensed as a Behavior Specialist in Pennsylvania and brings extensive experience supporting individuals with emotional and behavioral needs across home, school, and community settings.
Mrs. Edwards earned her master’s degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Saint Joseph’s University and is a recipient of the Carr Scholarship. She is also an honors graduate of Rutgers University, where she studied Sociology with a minor in Childhood Studies, and holds an associate’s degree in American Sign Language Studies.
Throughout her career, Stacey has served in roles including Support Staff, Consultant, Supervisor, and Director. She is passionate about helping families access the support they need and has led networking initiatives connecting parents with specialists in areas such as feeding challenges, sleep concerns, and potty training. Her mission is to ensure that children of all abilities are supported in reaching their fullest potential while empowering parents to advocate effectively for their children.

Zaakirah Farnum, BS
Personal Assistant to the CEO
Zaakirah Farnum serves as the Personal Assistant to the CEO at Enspire Consulting Group, LLC, where she provides administrative and operational support to executive leadership and assists in coordinating key organizational initiatives. In her role, she helps manage executive communications, strengthen internal systems, and support the efficiency of the organization’s day-to-day operations.
Zaakirah holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychological and Social Sciences from Penn State University and has experience supporting administrative operations within the mental health field. She is passionate about strengthening organizational processes and helping teams operate effectively so professionals can focus on delivering meaningful services to the communities they serve.
Zaakirah is committed to fostering efficiency, collaboration, and structure within the organization, helping ensure that Enspire’s staff and leadership have the support they need to continue serving students, families, and communities effectively.

Elanna Tolz, MS
Program Coordinator of Education
Elanna Tolz is the Program Coordinator of Education Services at Enspire Consulting Group, LLC, where she oversees the coordination and implementation of educational services for partner schools. She works closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure students receive high-quality psychoeducational and special education support.
Elanna brings over twelve years of experience in the field of special education. Prior to joining Enspire, she worked as an Autistic Support Teacher, where she developed individualized programs and collaborated with educators, therapists, and families to support students with diverse learning and behavioral needs.
She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a Bachelor’s degree in PreK–4 General Education and PreK–8 Special Education. Elanna is passionate about advancing equitable educational opportunities and supporting systems that promote both student achievement and educator success.

Stephanie Benitez, BS
Administrative Operations Coordinator
Stephanie Benitez is an administrative and payroll professional at Enspire Consulting Group, LLC, with over ten years of administrative experience. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and brings a strong background in supporting organizational operations through efficient administrative systems and processes.
In her role, Stephanie assists with payroll coordination, employee timekeeping oversight, and provides administrative support to leadership. She works to ensure accuracy, compliance with organizational policies, and the smooth management of day-to-day operational tasks.
Stephanie takes pride in maintaining organized systems and supporting the team behind the scenes so that staff can focus on delivering high-quality services to the communities Enspire serves.

Dr. Danielle Yearwood, PsyD, NCSP
School Psychologist
Dr. Danielle Yearwood Parris is a nationally certified School Psychologist who supports children, adolescents, and families navigating emotional, academic, and life challenges. With over ten years of experience, her work focuses on helping clients build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen relationships.
She earned her PsyD, MA, and CAS from Alfred University and holds certification as a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, self-esteem, grief, and life transitions.
Dr. Yearwood utilizes a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and play-based interventions. She believes therapy is a collaborative process that blends insight and skill-building to support each client’s goals.

Kathy Brock
School Psychologist
Kathy Brock is a School Psychologist with extensive experience supporting students and families within educational settings. She began her career in 1998 with Baltimore City Public Schools and later worked with school districts in the Boston and New York areas.
After relocating to Pennsylvania, Kathy continued her work conducting psychoeducational evaluations and supporting students’ academic and emotional development. Her experience spans multiple school systems and diverse student populations.
Kathy joined Enspire Consulting Group, LLC in 2018 and values the opportunity to continue supporting students and families through collaborative, school-based services. She considers being part of the Enspire team one of the most rewarding experiences of her career.

Maggie Chorlain, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist
Maggie Chorlian is an Occupational Therapist with almost five years of experience providing school-based occupational therapy services through Enspire Consulting Group, LLC. She works with students to support their ability to participate fully in academic and daily school activities.
Maggie earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Villanova University and her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University.
Her work emphasizes neurodiversity-affirming practices and focuses on helping students access and engage with their learning environments while developing skills that support independence and participation.

Tareva Cortes, MS
School Psychologist
Tareva Cortes is a School Psychologist dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and families as they navigate academic, social, and emotional challenges. She believes that every student has unique strengths and works collaboratively with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to help students succeed both in and out of the classroom.
Using a student-centered and evidence-based approach, Tareva conducts comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and provides practical recommendations that support learning, emotional well-being, and personal growth. She is committed to creating supportive environments where students feel understood, empowered, and capable of reaching their full potential.
Tareva values the power of a growth mindset and strives to help students build confidence, develop resilience, and recognize the strengths that will guide them toward long-term success.

Tamika Purvines, MS
School Psychologist
Tamika Purvines is an experienced School Psychologist and behavioral health professional with over 20 years of experience in educational and clinical settings. She specializes in psychoeducational assessments, student support frameworks, and school-based mental health services, with a strong commitment to promoting students’ academic, social, and emotional success.
Tamika conducts comprehensive evaluations, including cognitive and academic assessments, and develops evidence-based interventions and positive behavioral support plans. She collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams to identify student needs and implement targeted supports that foster meaningful outcomes. Her background includes serving as a Behavioral Health Liaison for the School District of Philadelphia, where she supported MTSS processes, conducted risk assessments, and contributed to crisis response efforts.
She holds a Master of Science in School Psychology from Eastern University and a Master of Science in Community Counseling Psychology from Springfield College, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Muhlenberg College. Tamika is certified as a School Psychologist in Pennsylvania and holds additional certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and NASP PREPaRE for crisis intervention and recovery.

Dr. Kimberly Sanford, MFT, LPC
Clinical Manager of Outpatient Services
Dr. Kimberly Sanford is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Marriage & Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families navigating life’s challenges. With several years of experience in the mental health field, she specializes in supporting clients experiencing grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties.
Dr. Sanford takes a warm, collaborative approach to therapy, integrating narrative therapy, collaborative therapy, and solution-focused techniques to help clients build resilience and create meaningful change. She earned her doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy from Eastern University and her master’s degree in Human Services from Chestnut Hill College.
Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Sanford enjoys teaching and community outreach through her church. She believes healing begins with compassion and the courage to take the first step toward growth.

LaShawn Brown, BS
Senior Administrative Operations Coordinator
LaShawn Brown is an administrative operations coordinator who brings over twelve years of experience in the mental health field, with a background spanning IBHS and outpatient services. She began her career at Community Behavioral Health as a Data Entry Operator and advanced into roles as a Claims Adjustor and Claims Analyst, developing a strong foundation in healthcare administration and operations.
While working at Community Behavioral Health, LaShawn earned both her Associate’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration from Gwynedd Mercy University. She later expanded her expertise at Dunbar Community Counseling Services, gaining experience in billing, payroll, human resources, and auditing.
LaShawn now brings her administrative and operational expertise to Enspire Consulting Group, LLC, where she supports the organization’s clinical and operational systems to ensure efficient service delivery.
