Enspire Consulting Group, LLC was founded in 2015 by Dr. Frank Edwards and Stacey Edwards. With more than 20 years of combined experience in education and mental health, this husband-and-wife leadership team has dedicated their careers to supporting students, families, and school systems.

At the core of their work is a commitment to improving academic outcomes while addressing the mental health needs of families. Their vision was shaped by the growing need for appropriate student placements, culturally responsive mental health services, and stronger partnerships between schools and families.

Enspire Consulting Group also believes strongly in community engagement and giving back. The organization is affiliated with the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) and supports community initiatives through the Enspire Foundation.
